Opportunity Tracking

Opportunity tracking helps program managers create and maintain information about contacts and relationships so they can act on appropriate triggers.

Enquire Opportunity Tracking provides the ability to create a pipeline view of opportunities so they can be tracked and managed. Data is provided including engagement status, and opportunity triggers can be configured to incorporate actions, reminders and alerts.

With this information program managers can connect opportunities to tasks or events to create new relationships, connect suppliers and customers, and support, including triggering actions or reminders.

Opportunities can be filtered, reported and integrated with other Enquire services to help facilitate communication, invite to make submissions or other processes.

  • Configure data for tracking on contacts
  • Align tasks, events, or actions for contacts
  • View pipeline report on status, actions or events

Opportunity tracking can be used to maintain and manage lists of contacts that might be applicable for an upcoming grant, suppliers for project deliver or procurement needs, or building new networks to advance program goals.
