For example a grant round manager can produce a summary of funding requested and approved to assist grant application assessment before the round has closed.
At the program’s closure, financial officers can create a detailed financial report to track and manage grant funding distribution and acquittals against the project’s remaining budget.
Queries can be saved as a standard report so that at any time the report can be updated ensuring the same filters and data are retained.
Using the self service reporting capability grant managers can improve their monitoring and reporting on their programs for internal management purposes as well as for stakeholders.
