In addition to the new Tactiv website, we are excited to introduce a dedicated login page for secure, easy and fast access to Enquire. The dedicated login page can be accessed at: login.enquire.net.au.

Who does this change affect?

The new Enquire login page is only for clients who currently use the enquire.net.au website login access.

Why should I use the dedicated login page?

Based on feedback, Tactiv have created a dedicated login page for fast and easy access to Enquire. The login is part of the Enquire system and offers increased stability and availability, independent of our website.

When can I start using the dedicated login page?

The dedicated login page is now available for clients to log into Enquire. We recommend updating bookmarks to start using the new login page.

What about enquire.net.au?

The new Tactiv.net site will be our primary web presence, with enquire.net.au retiring over the coming weeks. The dedicated login page can be accessed via the Sign In button on the new Tactiv website.

Can I still log into Enquire?

Clients can still log into Enquire during the transition period using any existing bookmarks. Clients will be automatically redirected to the new Tactiv.net site once enquire.net.au is retired.

Will this affect applicant portal customers?

There are no changes for applicant portal customers. Applicant portal access remains the same.

What about Enquire help sites?

There are no changes to Enquire’s Help Site and Applicant Portal Help Site and access remains the same. These resources will continue to be updated with help articles and webinar recordings. Our Tips and Hints page will be transitioning to our Help Site over the coming weeks to help maintain all our support information in one location..

What about Tactiv’s support phone and email?
