The new Assessor role allows grant application assessors to securely access Enquire to draw upon the same and most up to date application record. This means everyone involved in the assessment process is working from the same data all held in a single system, eliminating the difficulty of coordinating access and application copies across assessment teams.

This role caters for assessment panels comprised of internal staff and external stakeholders. Assessors simply need internet access in order to access Enquire to perform assessment activities.

The Assessor role provides the assessment panel with view-only access to all or specific applications under a grant round. The role is assigned at the grant round level and is available for member or affiliate users. Affiliate user access provides external stakeholders and partners with access to assigned applications only.

Management of assessors also integrates with Enquire’s grant assessment workflows to ensure grant application management and assessment processes are fully integrated into a full-lifecycle grant management approach.

This reduces the need for offline forms and duplicate business processes ensuring data integrity and up to date status reporting through streamlining all grant application and assessment management activities are embedded into a single system .
