While our look might be changing our look, the way we do business with our clients, partners and providers will remain the same. To help with this transition, we’ve prepared some Frequently Asked Questions below.

  • I am a client of Tactiv’s and I use the Enquire solution, how do these changes impact me?
    At this stage, all that will change are the visual aspects of the Tactiv and Enquire corporate identities. This means there are no impacts to Tactiv clients and their use or access to Enquire. We will update our logos, and other brand related information, but clients can continue to interact with Enquire and our support team as before.
  • Will logging into the Enquire platform remain the same?
    Yes, all log in details and processes will remain the same for current Enquire users.
  • Can I still contact the Support team?
    Yes, all contact details, methods and hours for the Tactiv Support team remain the same.
  • What other changes can I expect?
    Over the coming months we will roll out various visual changes to our Tactiv and Enquire brands, however, all changes will be communicated prior to implementation.
