Improved CRM Self Service Reporting

Our newest, upcoming improvement focuses on the expansion of the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). We’ve added Self-Service Reporting which means our clients can manage their data how and when they need.

At Tactiv, our clients and their business needs drive the improvements we make to our Enquire solution. We listen and we innovate our product to make Enquire better for business. Ensuring our CRM solution is critical to meeting the demands of our clients.

Our newest, upcoming improvement focuses on the expansion of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM). We’ve added Self-Service Reporting which means our clients can manage their data how and when they need.

Using this improved function, Tactiv clients will be able to:

  • Dramatically improve performance for CRM searches
  • Access dynamic columns and filters to customise CRM search results and portlets to meet customer needs
  • Include user defined fields such as columns and filters in search results and exports
  • Use the Enquire Offline Jobs feature to generate CRM reports in the background

With the benefits of this new development, we will be retiring the previous group drop down menu function. As with all our improvements, the choice to remove this function was based on feedback and communication with our client base and their business needs and our Enquire CRM business rules.
