International Aid Program Chooses Enquire Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Using Enquire’s full lifecycle approach to contract, grant and program management MFAT New Zealand will benefit from a feature rich enterprise program management software solution that can be configured to uniquely support New Zealand’s international aid programme world-wide.

Faced with managing thousands of contracts and grants and millions of dollars across multiple organisations and project delivery agents covering the Pacific, Asia and the rest of the world, MFAT New Zealand requires a solution to manage all aspects of its extensive international aid program. Enquire specialises in supporting organisations with regulatory compliance, reporting and programme, project, contract and grant program management requirements.

The new international aid management system for MFAT New Zealand is currently in an initial design phase and upon successful delivery the system will be progressively rolled out over the next 2 years. The design work is focused on ensuring MFAT New Zealand will benefit from managing all international aid programs in a single secure system, reducing the time and effort in managing projects across a variety of disparate systems.

Enquire’s flexibility and configurability will allow MFAT New Zealand to internally manage aid applications, implement eligibility and assessment workflows, track projects and project budgets and benefit from extensive reporting capabilities. Every aid project will be backed by complete information, be transparent and fully traceable.
