Tactiv’s Enquire now offers a range of features to help you better manage your grant project budgets. Enquire System Release 11.11 introduced new enhancements to the Total Value and Summary component.
Previously the Total Value and Summary component provided a financial snapshot of a project’s budget, total payments made and the outstanding balance.
The Total Value and Summary component now offers customisation options through project template configuration. This allows you to customise the snapshot used to track project financials across a total of 5 configurable metrics.
Project templates can be customised to support business process that have different financial requirements. For example internally delivered projects need to track internal and stakeholder funding, project costs and payments made, whereas external applications need to track grant funding allocated, payments made to external contractors and the remaining project balance.
