System Release 11.8 introduced upgrades to Enquire’s CRM (contact relationship management) to offer 2 new features: the ability to create your own custom data fields, and the option to activate the data in a smart component.
Smart components allow clients to configure their own actions against data, applying logic like validations or targeting actions to a specific audience. Smart component actions can be fully configured by clients without any programming or development.
Through flexible data options and smart components Enquire ensures grant applicants provide accurate and relevant contact details when submitting their applications, improves data quality, and reduces the time needed to administer and process grant applications.
Use new customisable CRM data fields and smart components to:
- Customise specific project roles to collect key data from applicants
- Identify mandatory CRM data fields to ensure applicants provide vital information such as contact numbers and ABNs.
- Provide applicants with the ability to review their contact details within an application form.
