Get on top of managing project reporting using Enquire’s latest feature, the new “Project Reports Portlet”.
The latest portlet helps streamline and improve your project reporting with quick reference visibility. Enquire’s “Project Reports Portlet” is now available to clients and will assist eg, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers and Business Contract Managers to meet reporting timelines with greater ease and less effort.
Find the new Project Reports Portlet in the Home menu once logged into Enquire. To get started clients can add the new Project Reports Portlet to their Home page for visual project report tracking.
The Project Reports Portlet is customisable to meet a variety of needs for different Enquire users. This means eg. Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers and Business Contract Managers can:
- Access a list of all the remaining Pending Projects for a particular reporting period
- List projects by reporting status (such as eg. Submitted, Generated)
- Build multiple Project Reports Portlets for different status tracking
The new portlet provides direct project access from the Home page for listed projects. When a project is selected from the Project Reports Portlet, users are directed immediately to the Reports tab of that particular project.
